Returns Policy

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase and enjoying the process of making. However, if you do wish to return something to us, please read the following information carefully. 

Returns must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase.

 Please contact us by email at info@bylaxtons.co.uk as soon as possible, providing your order number, name, and reason for your return.

 Please parcel up your items carefully in the original packaging and in the condition and weight that you received them, with ball bands and tags intact. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of any items that have been unravelled, cut, knitted with, or used in any way – unless they are faulty (in which case see below).

Please enclose your original order number within your package.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage.

We cannot be held responsible for any items which do not reach us, so we recommend that you to use a secure, trackable service and obtain a certificate of posting.

Any applicable international customs, duties and taxes cannot be refunded.

 INCORRECT / FAULTY ITEMS

 If you find a fault with our products, or receive incorrect, damaged, or missing items please contact us as soon as possible, and always within 14 days of the date of purchase.

We will always do our very best to resolve any issues promptly and replace or refund faulty product.

For any items that need to be returned, please parcel them up in the original packaging along with your order number.

We will cover the cost of your return postage for faulty/incorrect items.

We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, and usually within 7 working days. Your refund will be sent to your original payment method, and depending on your bank, you may need to allow a further 1 to 5 working days for the payment to clear.
