Is what I see on the website an accurate representation of what I will receive?
Every effort is made to ensure the products you see on our website are a true reflection to the items you receive. Please note that shades will vary depending on your computer monitor.
How do I know if my order has gone through?
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email to tell you your order has been received along with your order number. If you have not received an email from us, please contact email@example.com
I forgot to add items to my order, can this be added?
Unfortunately we are unable to add items to an order placed, however please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order we will try to raise an additional order for you.
Can I order by dye lot?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee lot numbers but wherever possible we will look to send the same lot.
Can I change my address once my order has gone through?
We are not able to accept a change of address once the order has been placed, however if you email us at email@example.com before you order has been dispatched, we can change the delivery address for you. When placing your order, there will be an option to use a separate delivery address from your billing address.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you regarding your query.
Do I need to register to place an order?
You do not need to be a registered customer to place an order, however we recommend this as it will give easy access to your account and order history.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via Paypal, Mastercard and Visa. Unfortunately we do not take AMEX, cheque or postal order payments.
